This was a reunion of sorts from the get-go, with the city’s two private colleges agreeing to a charity basketball doubleheader at the Arena. By doing so, they fueled a rivalry that existed only on paper and on bar stools for much of recent history.
Augustana College, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is a selective, private, residential, comprehensive (liberal arts and professional) college affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
